1953 GMC Coe Schoolbus

Chris bought a 1953 GMC 24 ft. school bus and found a what was left of a 1953 GMC COE cab. He did some cutting and with the help of a forklift stuck the cab inside the bus and imagineered what you see here. It is on a 1970 GM motorhome chassis, the bus is now 19 ft long. It has a homemade triangulated 4 -bar with air bags.

It has a 383 stroker motor with turbo 400 and a gear venders over/under drive, newer dually rear end, all stainless exhaust. The dash I made from a old brass hot water tank. To make a long story short I should have it on the road the summer of 2010. It needs more body work and an interior I hope you enjoy the pictures I will send more when done.
